Blossom Isolation
To prevent cross-pollination between varieties, blossoms are either individually mesh-bagged before opening or cultivated in positive-pressure insect-screened greenhouse bays.

Float & Density Grading
Harvested seeds undergo careful water immersion sorting. Hollow or underdeveloped seeds float to the surface and are discarded, ensuring only dense, fully developed embryos are packed.

30-Seed Germination Assay
A random sample of 30 seeds per lot is incubated under controlled 78°F–85°F bottom heat. Observations and high-resolution photos are recorded at Days 1, 7, 14, and 21 to calculate the official viability rate.
