Our climate-controlled germination chamber is currently between test runs. All seed lots in our catalog have completed standardized 100-seed incubation assays with certified benchmarks on file.
Standardized 100-Seed Assays Run Post-Harvest
We do not maintain continuous artificial test runs when no newly extracted seed lots are in queue. Instead, every seed batch undergoes standardized 100-seed incubation assays in our climate chamber (calibrated 80–85°F, monitored photoperiods, and humidity tracking) immediately following harvest, curing, and packet packaging.

How We Test & Verify Every Pepper Seed Lot
We hold our pepper seed production to the highest standards. Every batch is evaluated under controlled chamber protocols to guarantee genuine viability benchmarks.
Chamber Testing & Lot Tracking
We test every batch in a dedicated seed germination testing chamber where all samples are systematically labeled with their unique lot number. Each lot test normally consists of 100 seeds with absolutely no chemical pre-treatments, ensuring pure, unaugmented baseline data.
Environmental & Chamber Parameters
Environmental & test parameters inside the chamber are continuously tracked throughout the assay. We maintain and log precise Temperature, Humidity, and Light Conditions around the clock to provide stable, reproducible conditions for radicle emergence.
Performance Tracking & Imaging
We actively track how well the seeds perform throughout testing and take high-resolution checkpoint images. Because some superhot pepper varieties can take months to germinate, tests can span up to 8 weeks to document complete, verified germination.
